We have a certain amount of stock left in the form of lights, windows, doors and carpets, mainly in 24th scale, and we will be selling these off at some stage later this year. These items will appear here and on eBay.
We would like to draw your attention to the privacy policy below. This relates to the new GDPR regulation that comes into force on the 25th May 2018. Because of the situation of the last few years these will now only apply to a small number of you.

From the 25th May 2018 the Data Protection Act of 1998 is being replaced by the EU regulation the “General Data Protection Regulation”. Under the previous act we were exempt from registering with the Information Commissioner's Office and this continues to be the case with the new legislation. However, our records were kept in accordance with the previous act and this will continue under the new regulation.
We aim to keep accurate and up to date records which can be checked by contacting us. Should you wish to see details of the information we hold please contact us. These details will then be posted in letter form within five working days (bank holidays and holidays excepted) to the current address we have on record. For security and data protection, under no circumstances will they be emailed or given over the telephone.
Any details kept on file, either electronic or written, are for our own use simply in order that we can process orders or contact you as necessary. No records are divulged, sold or passed on to to any third party, nor transferred in any way. They are for our own use only.
The information kept consists of name, address, telephone number (where applicable), email address (where applicable), scale collected and sales record (if applicable). No other information such as bank details are kept and no “sensitive personal details” are ever recorded. As credit card payments are only made using PayPal we do not have access to any credit card details.
Any data kept in electronic form is protected with reputable and paid for security software including a firewall. Such software is regularly updated throughout the day. We do not keep IP address’s or cookies when you have visited our site.
Out of date information and data is deleted as soon as legally possible. Under HMRC regulations we are required to keep certain records for a period of five years after the 31st January deadline for submission during the relevant tax year. That means for example, if you bought anything from us during the period 6th April 2011 to 5th April 2012, your records would have been deleted on or immediately after the 31st January 2018. However, details of previous purchases may be kept (if relevant) if you made an additional purchase after this example date.
Due to our circumstances of the past few years we have only kept records of completed and paid for orders or commissions. Should you have made enquiries about a purchase or commission which has not been fulfilled, your records will have been deleted.
